All Modern Projects was founded in March 2021 with a simple aim: to make commercial fitouts easier for Sydney businesses. Too many fitouts run into unclear quotes, missed deadlines and confusion over who is responsible when plans change. We built our company around the opposite approach.
From our office in Brighton-Le-Sands, we walk every site with you, explain the process in plain language and put the scope in writing before work begins. One project manager stays with you from the first consultation through to handover.
Since 2021, we have delivered restaurant, gym, retail and barbershop fitouts across Sydney.
We specialise in providing a seamless, stress free experience throughout our projects whether it be renovating, designing or constructing innovative commercial spaces.
Each project is closely managed to provide realistic budgets and time frames. Understanding every design detail and applying years of experience to each project, assures high quality workmanship.

Jason Catalano
Jason Catalano is the Director of All Modern Projects, bringing hands-on construction experience since 2007 across commercial fitouts and project delivery. Starting out on the tools, Jason built his experience through hands-on delivery across the construction industry before moving into leading projects end-to-end.
Known for being calm, level-headed and highly organised, Jason thrives in high-pressure environments and fast turnaround programs bringing clarity to complex builds and keeping teams aligned from planning through to handover. He’s worked with everyone from small “mum and dad” operators to large corporate organisations, tailoring his approach to suit each client’s priorities, brand and operational needs.
At the core of Jason’s work is a commitment to trust, quality, and transparency delivering fitouts that are practical, well-finished and built to support the way businesses run day to day.
